Today at CES (Consumer Electronics Show) Sony has released the best products, yet.
Sony kicked off the event with a live performance by Taylor Swift demoing their 3D capabilities on the projector behind her.
A new line a NX800 televisions are on the way next year, ranging is size from 22-60 inches. The televisions will be integrated with applications. They will ship in March.
A new Blu-Ray player, with WiFi was released. A pretty cool set of speakers were also introduced.
Sony released a new touchscreen tablet called the “Dash”. The tablet is loaded with applications. The device itself is chunky, but mobile.
Sony’s PSN (Play Station Network) is getting a whole new video feature added. Television shows and movies will be able to be accessed from a PS3, PSP, Laptop, Blu-Ray, and televisions. It will be released later this month.
The Wallstreet Journal and and a Dow Jones feature will be put in the Reader Daily Edition.
A ton of new cameras were released featuring dual media card features, which is great for photographers. One of them being the Bloggie, it is kind of like the Flip. The rest were Handycams and Cybershots, nothing to crazy. Well, one of them has a cool feature of GPS tagging.
The new cameras will get a new feature called “TransferJet”. It allows you to send pictures to another Sony camera, VAIO, or picture frame.
A new Sony Vaio laptop was released. This thing is a beast. It has a quad-core CPU and is very light.
New 3D features were shown. ESPN will soon start shooting in 3D, making it the first television station to shoot 3D. The Bravio 3D televisions will include two 3D glasses.
It seems to me this whole CES has been based off 3D. We will see who wins!
