If you’re a Twitterer, most probably you’ll know about TweetLater. A service which provides useful features for Twitter users such as scheduling Twitter updates, auto-follow, automated direct messages and many more. Recently launched Twications doesn’t offers so many comprehensive features like TweetLater. What Twications does is that it’s a simple and easy-to-use Twitter app that enables Twitterers to schedule reminders, memos, or notifications to be sent to their Twitter accounts on the date and time they have selected.
As usual, you would have to enter your Twitter credentials to use this free service. In your dashboard, you can then start scheduling or setting automatic tweets for launching products/sites 24 months in advance. Other key features include scheduling tweets for multiple Twitter accounts and deleting scheduled tweets any time.
Even though this isn’t an original idea, but at least scheduling tweets is indeed very useful for most of us, especially me. As I’m currently living in Singapore (a small country located in South East Asia), I usually have to schedule tweets in the wee hours because at that time, a huge number of people in the United States are using the micro-blogging platform. On the other hand, if you’re staying in Europe or America, don’t forget to schedule tweets provided that you want to target the Asian audience.
