I’ve seen people SMS-ing as they walk. Once in a while, they may bump into an obstacle (tree, lamp post, pillar) or perhaps another person whose eyes are also glued to the mobile phone display too. Now there’s an impressive iPhone app that lets you see what’s in front of you while typing and walking by making use of the iPhone’s camera.
Besides for walking, the ‘Type n Walk‘ iPhone app can also be used while you’re sitting or standing. Once you’re done with your typing, you can then copy and paste the snippet of text to your e-mail, text message, status update on Facebook, or even a tweet. This iPhone app is indeed awesome but I’m just worried that people walking towards my direction might get the wrong impression that I’m snapping a photo of them.
